This information is used strictly to fill orders, and to contact buyers if they have questions. If you signed up for on our email list, you may receive our special promotional emails.

Who do you share this information with?

Your information will never be shared or sold to any outside parties. It will only be shared with the parties directly involved in processing your order. Should you sign up on our email list, it will not be sold or shared. We keep our own private list, and only provide access to the establishment that does the promotions on our behalf.

Is shopping on your website secure?

Yes. We use up to 256bit SSL encryption to safely and securely transmit your information over the internet. In addition, we have teamed up with McAfee and Authorize.net -leaders of the industry- to employ state of the art anti virus and fraud protection for your security.

Can I store my credit card information on your website for future use?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. For the safety and protection of our customers, we never store or retain any credit card information.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Although we take great pride in the accurate representation of out items, we do realize that occasionally they may not be as expected. Items can be returned for a refund up to 14 days from the date it was received. It must be on its way back no later than 14 days after it was received. Please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions prior to returning the shipment. We do recommend returning the item in the original carton, via an insured and trackable carrier. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.

All items must be returned in the original condition with no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item. In addition, all tags, packaging, and documentation must be intact. We unfortunately cannot afford to allow “borrowing” of our items. We reserve the right to refuse any item showing evidence of use.
