Is there any customer support?

How is it that I'm getting the real deal? I mean, isn't it too good to be true?
Sounds suspicious. Doesn't it? Here's how we do it in a nutshell.
We are continuously on the lookout for deals to pass on to our customers. We search across the country for establishments that are willing to sell us merchandise at a steep discount. It may be a store that is going out of business. Or perhaps someone is retiring and wishes to liquidate their inventory. It may even be an establishment that is stuck with merchandise that is not a great fit for its own clientele, but would be great for ours.
Whatever the circumstances may be, these are the type of opportunities we go after. Situations where we can purchase merchandise at an extremely steep discount, sometimes even below cost- and pass the savings along to our customers. Due to these circumstances we may sometimes only have limited quantities or styles. But whatever we offer our customers will be of great quality, and at super low prices. Our guarantee!
When does the deal of the day end?
Our deals run from midnight to midnight EST, or until the items is sold out (whatever occurs first).
Can I buy the deal of the day after the deal ends?
Usually not. Once the daily deal is over, it’s gone. Occasionally, we may have an item available after the deal has ended. Please contact us and one of our friendly representatives will gladly assist you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Amercian Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, as well as PayPal.
How will my order be shipped?
We offer free ground shipping on many of our items. We do offer additional shipping options for faster delivery time. Please use our handy shipping calculator on our checkout page to determine the cost.

How soon will my order ship?
In general, you can expect your order to ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST generally ship the same-day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will generally ship on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number of your package once your item ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and sent out for shipment, you will receive an email with the shipping carrier and tracking information for your order.
Will you ship to my P.O. Box?
Yes. However, the item must be shipped via USPS Postal Service as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Currently, we ship to any address in the United States and its territories. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam as well as all US Armed Forces addresses worldwide.
Unfortunately, due to high theft rates, and high shipment costs, we are unable to provide international shipping. However, we will gladly process an international order and deliver it to any US address.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders delivered within the state of New Jersey will be charged 7% sales tax.
Is shopping on your website secure?
Yes. We use up to 256bit SSL encryption to safely and securely transmit your information over the internet. In addition, we have teamed up with McAfee and Authorize.net -leaders of the industry- to employ state of the art anti virus and fraud protection for your security. Can I store my credit card information on your website for future use?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. For the safety and protection of our customers, we never store or retain any credit card information. Please visit our policies page for more information.
What is your return policy?
Although we do take great pride in the accurate representation of out items, we do realize that occasionally they may not be as expected. Items can be returned for a refund up to 14 days from the date it was received. It must be on its way back no later than 14 days after it was received. Please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions prior to returning the shipment. We do recommend returning the item in the original carton, via an insured and trackable carrier. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
All items must be returned in the original condition with no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item. In addition, all tags, packaging, and documentation must be intact. We unfortunately cannot afford to allow “borrowing” of our items. We reserve the right to refuse any item showing evidence of use.
